Requirements

• Experience operating machines in a metal fabrication environment
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Responsibilities

• Operate Angle Line, Voortman, Burn Table, and punch machines to spec
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to set up and run production
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and output
• Conduct routine inspections and flag maintenance issues
• Work with the production team to hit daily goals and deadlines
• Follow all safety protocols and shop standards
