About The Position

We are seeking 2nd Shift Machine Operators to join our team. This role involves assembling, inspecting, and packaging finished products, monitoring equipment, and ensuring quality standards are met. The shift is from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday. Training on the 1st shift may be required for up to one month. The pay starts at $22+ per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to safely use hand tools and production equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, production, or warehouse environments.
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, inspect, and package finished products according to quality standards.
• Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products from production lines.
• Monitor equipment performance and report any mechanical or quality issues.
• Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet specifications.
• Use hand tools, measuring devices, and other production equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and production requirements.
• Assist with material handling, inventory movement, and general production duties.
