About The Position

The Machine Operator’s primary responsibility is to produce high quality blow molded plastic parts to meet customer specifications, in a safe and efficient manner. This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be fluent in English in this position so as to be able to read policy, and procedure and communicate as needed.
• Ability to wear personal protective equipment.

Responsibilities

• Produce and assemble high quality blow molded parts in a safe and efficient manner.
• Competently adhere to part specific work instructions, standard work and non-standard work.
• Monitor and maintain work cell and machinery to ensure proper function and notify Supervision of deviations when necessary.
• Effectively communicate production status to counterparts as needed.
