About The Position

We are hiring a Machine Operator near Columbia, IL. This is a Temp to Hire position with competitive pay starting at $19/hr+, based on experience. We offer multiple shifts to accommodate your schedule, including 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday) and 2nd Shift (4:30 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Thursday). Requirements

• At least 6 months machine operator experience required
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Responsibilities

• Set up, calibrate, operate, and monitor production machinery
• Fill, seal, and package liquid products with accuracy
• Perform machine adjustments, changeovers, diagnose and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks to ensure proper fill levels and product quality
• Use hand tools and measuring instruments as needed
• Maintain production records and follow work instructions
• Lift to 50 lbs regularly (occasionally 100+ lbs with assistance)
