About The Position
Labelink is seeking motivated individuals to join their team on 2nd shift in the Finishing Department. This role involves operating rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls, inspecting product for quality, packaging finished product, and maintaining a clean work environment. The company emphasizes work-life balance with no mandatory overtime and offers straight shifts.
Requirements
- Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work instructions.
- Regularly able to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
- Visual acuity including close, distance, and color vision, with ability to adjust focus.
Responsibilities
- Operate rewinders to convert printed product into finished rolls according to work instructions.
- Inspect product continuously to ensure all quality and customer specifications are met.
- Package finished product into cartons and prepare pallets for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
