About The Position

Tower Labs is hiring entry-level Machine Operators for positions in Centerbrook and Clinton. This is an entry to mid-level production/machine operating role where you will operate high-speed automated production lines with strong support staff. You will be responsible for setting up a wide range of equipment, including tablet presses and packaging production lines, performing in-process testing, and completing required paperwork. The role is responsible for the efficient production of a high-quality product.

Requirements

• Mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and problem solve helpful.
• Ability to read, follow directions effectively, and perform basic math functions.
• Work well with others.
• High level of motivation and focus.
• Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changes.

Responsibilities

• Perform set up and run production machines as well as making necessary adjustments during operation.
• Troubleshoot and assist maintenance personnel in repairs of machines and equipment.
• Perform in-process testing as needed to ensure product quality is within established limits.
• Responsible for quality of the products produced.
• Complete necessary paperwork accurately and timely.
• Follow Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
