About The Position

ISOVOLTA is seeking a Production Machine Operator to join our team in Rutland, Vermont. This is a full-time position with a schedule of Monday – Wednesday 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed. The role involves playing a critical part in producing high-quality materials while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work instructions
• Basic math and problem-solving skills
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates

Responsibilities

• Set up machinery according to production specifications
• Operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment
• Troubleshoot machine issues and identify maintenance needs
• Monitor production efficiency and quality standards
• Perform quality inspections and document production data
• Enter material usage and production information into SAP
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
