About The Position

In our machine operator role, you will work alongside die assembly and inspection teams to produce high-quality components while gaining skills in operating presses, inspecting parts, and supporting production. Requirements

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be a U.S citizen and be able to comply with U.S. export regulations.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employer sponsorship.
  • 2 Years of previous manufacturing experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate all related dies, presses, machines, and auxiliary equipment to produce quality products.
  • Record how much time is spent on each job.
  • Organize, package, and inspect parts.
  • Operate various types of cranes and die buggies.
  • Inspect critical dimensions on stamped parts during production.
  • Inspect parts for visual defects.
