Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Prior manufacturing experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to learn and operate complex manufacturing equipment.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards.
Ability to multitask and solve problems in real time.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen, including medical marijuana testing.

Responsibilities

Operate complex manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.
Troubleshoot equipment, product quality, and process issues to minimize downtime.
Perform machine setups, changeovers, adjustments, and operational checks.
Monitor production processes and make necessary corrections to maintain quality standards.
Conduct visual inspections and mechanical measurements to verify product quality.
Read and follow work orders, specifications, procedures, and production instructions.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and equipment performance.
Accurately complete production, quality, and traceability documentation.
Work closely with maintenance, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Participate in cross-training and ongoing skill development opportunities.
