About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will safely operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, can use precision measuring tools, and is committed to safety, quality, and teamwork.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
0–2 years of CNC machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic mechanical aptitude.
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and rulers.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Safely operate assigned CNC machines and production equipment.
Load and unload materials while monitoring machine cycles.
Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality requirements.
Perform visual and dimensional inspections using calipers, gauges, rulers, and other measuring equipment.
Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
Report defective materials, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns promptly.
Maintain production goals while meeting quality standards.
Keep work areas clean and organized using 5S principles.
Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety policies.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
