About The Position

This position is responsible for the operation, management and problem-solving efforts in a team environment for the processing of CCFM. Responsibilities include maintaining the plant in accordance with Food Safety guidelines; forming boxes for packaging final product; maintaining warehouse by company and food safe standards; operate pallet jacks; manufacture, maintain, and process bulk culture; and conduct ultrafiltration and evaporation system. During a 12-hour shift, a production operator is responsible for performing the following tasks: Sanitation – Operator is responsible for maintaining the plant in accordance with RGB’s Food Safety guidelines and the Plant SHINE Audit. Operation of the Ultrafiltration System - Operator is responsible for maintaining & processing standardized milk via the ultrafiltration system. Operation of Bulk Culture System- Operator is responsible for maintaining and processing primary starter, adjunct, and slurry product. Operation of Evaporation System - Operator is responsible for maintaining & processing Retentate via the evaporation system to produce a final product. Forming Packaging Box and Packaging final product - Operator is responsible for forming an octagon box and packaging the final product. Warehousing - Operator is responsible for maintaining the warehouse in accordance to RGB’s Food Safety guidelines and the Plant SHINE Audit. Powered Industrial Lifts - Operator is responsible for operating battery operated pallet jacks. Breddo Operation – Operator is responsible for re-working out-of-spec CCFM and melting of butter and cream cheese. In addition, partners are expected to work with leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for position. Follow reaction plan for Food Safety, Food Quality and customer requirement outages and by contacting TA/TL. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and product. Record accurate data on production reports.

Requirements

  • Must read and understand written SOP’s and follow standards
  • Must have recent experience as a RGB Production Operator or Utility Operator (recent being defined as having held a RGB Production Operator or Utility Operator bid position in the last 30 days)
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively in English, including speaking, reading and writing
  • Candidates will be required to complete a behavioral assessment to support the selection process
  • Ability to lift 40 – 50 pounds at waist level and push 525 pound barrels and load on barrel dollies
  • Must have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
