About The Position

Reporting to the shift Team Leader, you will operate and monitor packaging equipment to safely produce high‑quality ready‑to‑eat popcorn products at our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will contribute to continuous improvement efforts, support food safety and quality standards, and help maintain a clean, efficient production environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Understanding of basic machine operations and equipment settings

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety while operating and monitoring packaging machines to deliver quality products to customers
• Inspect packaging materials to confirm proper forming and sealing and monitor equipment to prevent line jams
• Document quality and production results, including code dates, material usage, and metal detection checks
• Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Participate in ongoing improvement efforts to enhance efficiency across the production line
• Support equipment sanitation and maintain a clean, organized work environment
