About The Position

Regal Rexnord Marengo is currently hiring a Machine Operator for our 2nd shift production operation. As a Machine Operator at Regal Rexnord, you’ll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction by supporting on-time delivery and producing high-quality components.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required.
• Good planning, organizing and communication
• The ability to multi-task and be a team player.
• Good reading and comprehension.
• The ability to work long periods standing up; lift and manipulate heavy loads (up to 60 lbs); Twist, turn, bend, stoop, push, pull, reach and walk repetitively, and work with oils, coolants and lubricants.
• Must be willing to work overtime, which may include occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools and visual checks.
• Load raw materials and remove finished products.
• Make minor machine adjustments to maintain quality and production.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
