About The Position

Hood Container Corporation is seeking skilled and motivated corrugated professionals with experience in Corrugated Manufacturing for immediate openings on 2nd Shift (3:30 pm - 1:00 am) Monday - Thursday, with overtime on Fridays. This role involves operating and maintaining corrugator or converting equipment to produce corrugated boxes, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficiency. Requirements

At least 6 months of experience operating corrugated industry equipment.
Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Prioritize safety in all aspects of your work.
Working with a one box set up mindset, to ensure quality expectations are met & minimize waste.
Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve production goals.

Responsibilities

Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Set up and operate Corrugated Equipment, Rotary Die Cutter, or Flexo Folder Gluers in the production of corrugated boxes.
Inspect and monitor production runs, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards.
Maximize machine uptime and productivity.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
