About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Now Hiring a Machine Operator for a Great Company in Tallmadge, OH. This role involves operating slitting equipment, monitoring production, and ensuring the quality of finished rolls.

Requirements

• Ability to load large master rolls of material onto the slitting machine
• Ability to adjust blades, spacers, and guides for required widths
• Ability to input production specifications
• Ability to operate slitting equipment during production runs
• Ability to monitor speed, tension, and alignment
• Ability to ensure accurate cuts and proper winding of finished rolls
• Ability to inspect for defects such as uneven edges, wrinkles tears, and incorrect widths

Responsibilities

• Load large master rolls of material onto the slitting machine
