About The Position

The Machine Operator is responsible for performing various tasks which include operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production, while ensuring the products meet our production quality standards. This position plays a vital role in our fast-paced manufacturing environment. We place a high value on reliable attendance and attention to detail to ensure production stays on track and our team members stay safe and efficient.

Requirements

• Able to lift 45lbs repeatedly
• Able to stand for 10+ hour shifts
• Reliable transportation to Watertown, NY
• Able to maintain regular attendance in accordance with production demand
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Accurately operate machinery
• Keep up with production requirements, while meeting quality expectations
• Follow standard operating procedures (instructions & rules)
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Operating, filling, packing, and monitoring machine production
