Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively in English
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. regularly
• Ability and willingness to learn and operate various types of equipment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Able to pass a background check
• Able to work in the US

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing or machine-operation experience is a plus, but not required
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of manufacturing equipment, including CNC mills, CTL saws, benders, and punch presses
• Assist with packing and general production duties
• Safely handle materials weighing up to 40 lbs. on a regular basis
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
