About The Position

You will be responsible for the final step of the depth filter manufacturing process before filters are ready for customers in industries including reverse osmosis pretreatment, beverage processing, and healthcare. You will work as part of a team and rotate through tasks that include operating and troubleshooting equipment, moving goods, preparing for changeovers, and monitoring automated production.

Requirements

• Frequently lift and bend when manipulating materials to produce product.

Responsibilities

• Observe Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) rules, including Lock-out/Tag-out, Life-Saving Rules, and housekeeping practices.
• Proactively communicate and address safety concerns.
• Participate in EHS meetings, investigations, and audits.
• Work cooperatively with a team to meet team objectives.
• Set up, operate, and clean production equipment according to prescribed manufacturing processes.
• Move raw materials and finished products to the proper locations.
• Enter production data accurately, clearly, and completely into databases, forms, logs, and SAP.
• Perform basic troubleshooting to identify and correct root causes and minimize scrap.
• Monitor raw material and final product quality, including adjusting process parameters to ensure products meet specifications.
