About The Position

Operates winding machine, impact gun, and uses measuring equipment. Responsible for the operation of a mix station, understanding specifications for machine setup and product, and maintaining a clean work area. This role requires adherence to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision, utilization of safe work habits, wearing appropriate PPE, and compliance with all company policies and procedures, including those related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality.

Requirements

• Ability to read pressure gauges
• Ability to work overtime and shift work as required
• Good vision required for safe operation of forklift
• Standing up to 12 hours daily
• Walking up to 12 hours daily
• Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily
• Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily
• Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. Regularly
• Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily
• Assist where and when needed as required
• Utilize recommended safe work habits and make use of all safety equipment provided
