This role involves operating and monitoring plastic extrusion production lines, setting up machines according to work order specifications, inspecting products for quality compliance and managing scrap processes, performing routine maintenance and housekeeping tasks, working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and collaborating with team members during shift changeovers. The schedule is unique, requiring work only 15 days per month with a rotating 3-4 day schedule.

Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Ability to lift up to 65 pounds
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Comfort with measuring tools
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
