About The Position

C-P Flexible Packaging is seeking Machine Operators to join their growing team. This is a full-time position with a starting pay of $20+/hour based on experience. The company offers a friendly, safe, clean work environment with low turnover and has been providing flexible packaging products for over 60 years. They are one of the top 25 flexible packaging companies in the U.S.

Requirements

• Problem solving
• Following instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Communicating in a clear manner
• Ability to read and understand a tape measure

Responsibilities

• Operating machinery
• Complete tasks within adequate time limits, meet daily goal/scheduled needs
• Tearing down and setting up jobs
• Loading and unloading of product
• Interpret and understand written information (work orders, SOP, tickets, etc.)
• Palletization and bagging
• Keeping work and surrounding areas clean and safe
• Work in a team environment
• Must comply with all general Company-wide standard operating procedures (SOP’s) and any job or department specific SOP’s
