Machine Operator
About The Position
Nolte Precise Manufacturing is seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join their team in Cincinnati, OH. The company's vision is to be an industry expert in supplying precision machined components and assemblies to OEMs in the U.S.A. This role involves operating previously set up CNC machines, loading programs, and running production to meet productivity and quality standards. Operators will also be responsible for making adjustments, performing tool changes, completing daily maintenance and 5S standards, communicating work status, and adhering to company policies and procedures. The position requires maintaining acceptable attendance and performing any specifically assigned tasks.
Requirements
- A proven track record in operation of CNC machines.
- Must be able to use tools, equipment, and work aids, such as precision gauges and measuring instruments.
- Demonstrated competency in various materials, tooling, and processes.
- Have excellent mechanical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to gather information on job processes and report back to management with process improvements.
- Shop math (i.e. add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, decimals, percentages).
- Must possess blueprint reading skills, including GD&T.

- Technical School certificate/degree preferred.
