Requirements

High school education or GED equivalent is required.
Ability to read a tape measure.

Nice To Haves

Recent manufacturing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

All tasks must be performed in a safe manner, with the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and in compliance with all safety regulations.
Participation in Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) and near-miss reporting is essential.
Foster a team-oriented attitude and approach, while consistently meeting productivity standards.
Complete required documentation accurately and on time.
Troubleshoot issues related to quality or productivity, whether concerning the team or machinery.
Make adjustments to machinery as necessary.
Provide suggestions for process or procedure improvements.
Coordinate with lab personnel, Team Leaders, and Senior Process Engineers for addressing issues and implementing improvements.
Perform 5S and other housekeeping duties required for a clean and safe work environment.
Obtain and maintain three certifications and train others as needed.
Have knowledge of and adhere to all departmental rules, regulations, and procedures.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
