About The Position

Our Duluth office is seeking a detail-oriented and highly skilled Machine Operator for our Engraving Solutions business, which includes our Brady and Gravotech brands. This individual will be responsible for the day to day operation of specialized lamination and hot stamping equipment. This individual will be responsible for the setup, operation, and upkeep of the equipment and ensuring the product meets the company’s quality standards. This is an onsite role at our office located in Duluth, GA. This second shift position is scheduled to work from 2:00pm to 10:30pm Monday through Friday.

• Ability to prepare and adjust equipment according to specific material specifications and job requirements.
• Ability to deliver high quality finished products that meet company standards while achieving target outputs targets and minimizing waste.
• Ability to troubleshoot production issues by analyzing data, verifying facts, and formulating logical solutions.
• Ability to record essential data in the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) system and complete all required documentation.
• Ability to select appropriate raw materials to fulfill production orders and generate finished goods.
• Ability to follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures during all tasks.
