  • High school Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn are highly valued
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, technical work, or industrial processes is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Setting up and operating coating equipment for production runs
  • Loading materials and adjusting machine settings to meet product specifications
  • Monitoring product quality throughout the manufacturing process
  • Taking measurements and collecting samples for Quality Assurance
  • Troubleshooting routine equipment or process issues and working with teammates to resolve them
  • Completing production documentation and labeling finished products
  • Supporting inventory, shipping, and downstream production activities as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Operating a forklift or clamp truck if required
  • Contributing ideas that help improve safety, quality, and efficiency
