Requirements

  • Be 18 years of age
  • Basic Math Skills - Pass test with 80% or higher

Responsibilities

  • Follows all established safety procedures.
  • Reports unsafe conditions or behaviors to supervisors.
  • Operate Production Machinery
  • Perform Equipment Changeovers
  • Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications.
  • Reject product outside specifications.
  • Operates within standard operating procedures (SOPs), Quality Policy, Environmental Management Systems (EMS) and other requirements.
  • Maintains productivity and efficiency levels sufficient to meet established rates as required.
  • Completes all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on production machinery.
  • Follows established cleaning procedures.
  • Communicates with operators from other shifts.
  • Maintain a neat and organized work area.
  • Must be able to work overtime
  • Other duties as assigned and follow all other company policies and procedures not named above.

  • Starting wage of $20.27 per hour
  • Second shift premium of $1.00, OT shift premium of $1.50
  • Straight shifts, Monday thru Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00 pm
