Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED OR 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and comfort following written standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- A collaborative spirit—you naturally step up to help a coworker succeed for the good of the team.
- Adaptability to learn new software applications (like MFG Pro) and a willingness to cross-train on automated machinery over time.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and obtain a Lift Truck Operator’s license.
Responsibilities
- Sort, label, and safely package finished rolls to customer specifications and standard practices.
- Inspect the general appearance of products to protect our high standards, and check your work carefully at every stage.
- Partner across departments, track multiple active orders, and keep the production line smoothly supplied.
- Participate in team problem-solving, maintain a clean, organized space, and conduct 5S audits.
