Requirements

High school diploma/GED
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Ability to use tools correctly such as tape measures, callipers, micrometers, and lineal checking gauges.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Good math skills using fractions, decimals and basic geometry.

Responsibilities

Efficient machine set up and operation.
Review process sheets provided by the supervisor to indicate the customer order.
Monitor machine to detect production defects.
Pre-check equipment before operating.
Ensure that Hydro part numbers, customer part numbers, and piece counts are marked on racks or carts to be packaged for shipments.
Report all defects and material shortages to the Supervisor or Lead.
