Requirements

• Hands-on knowledge of metalworking machinery and shop tools
• The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Solid shop math skills
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to doing it right the first time
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong communication skills and a true team-player mentality — with the confidence to work independently when the moment calls for it

Nice To Haves

• Welding experience is a plus — if you don’t have it, we can teach you

Responsibilities

• Operate metalworking machinery to fabricate components to tight engineering specifications
• Work with metal, plastics, and wood to produce both production and custom parts
• Assemble parts into subassemblies and finished products
• Hold yourself to a high standard of quality and efficiency — every part matters
• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe
• Lift and carry materials as needed (up to 50 lbs)
• Work comfortably in both standing and seated positions
• Take on additional duties as the team needs — we all pitch in
