About The Position

This role is for a Machine Operator who will be responsible for ensuring machines are functioning safely and in accordance with GMP and housekeeping standards. The operator must be aware of their surroundings at all times, understand the proper use of LOTO, and be knowledgeable about bottle quality requirements and their documentation. The position also involves mechanical and process-related troubleshooting on all plant processes, effective communication of machine, process, and quality issues, and the ability to diagnose problems and troubleshoot tasks logically. The employee must comply with directions from supervisors and managers and follow all Good Documentation Practices.

Requirements

Must wear PPE to avoid cuts when entering the machine
Must be aware of surroundings at all times
Proper use of LOTO
Understanding of bottle quality requirements and documentation of those requirements
Mechanical and Process related troubleshooting on all processes in the plant
Ability to effectively communicate machine, process, quality related issues
Effectively diagnose problems and logically troubleshoot tasks
Comply with direction from supervisors and managers
Follow all Good Documentation Practices
