About The Position

Temp To Full-Time Rewind Operator Ready to step into a hands-on manufacturing role where precision, quality, and consistency truly matter? Team Environment: Work alongside a production team in a structured, process-driven setting. LOCATION: Lake Oswego, OR SALARY: $19.00 - 21.00hr SCHEDULE: Day shift: Monday – Friday, 5:30 am – 2:00 pm. Swing shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:00 pm – 1:30 am

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in printing, manufacturing, or similar production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Basic mechanical aptitude and mathematics knowledge

Nice To Haves

• Experience with slitting, rewinding, or similar converting equipment preferred

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitter/rewinder machines based on job specifications
• Inspect labels for defects and remove or repair faulty sections
• Monitor production to ensure correct roll size, footage, and quality
• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean workspace
• Complete production logs and material tracking documentation
