About The Position
Hog Slat, Inc. is seeking Machine Operators to join our steel fabrication team on 1st (6am-2pm) and 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) in Newton Grove, NC. We’re looking for employees who not only take pride in the quality of their work but also enjoy and thrive in the fast-paced environment of a busy shop.
Requirements
- Understanding of touch screen automation
- Stable work history required
- Satisfactory reference check, drug screening and criminal background check required
- Forklift experience
Nice To Haves
- Experience preferred in manufacturing, but will train the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Work from provided material to produce steel rods and welded mats
- Verify conformance of work piece to specifications
- Adhere to all safety procedures
