We’re seeking a Machine Operator to join our Dayton, New Jersey team and support our high-performing production operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-minded, and committed to producing quality results in a fast-paced environment. As a Machine Operator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our production lines running smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical and be at least 18 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
Nice To Haves
- At least one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, production, or similar hands-on work environment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to producing high-quality results.
- A reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and support others.
Responsibilities
- Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting high-speed filling and packaging equipment to ensure consistent performance.
- Setting up and completing changeovers between product runs.
- Performing basic preventive maintenance and promptly reporting any mechanical or quality concerns.
- Monitoring product quality and line performance to achieve daily production and efficiency goals.
- Following all safety procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- Performing other related tasks assigned to support plant operations.
