About The Position

As a Frame Cell Operator for Allegion, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and operating systems to ensure operations are running smoothly. Requirements

Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Ability to handle complex issues and problems.
Ability to understand and follow directions.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass all required drug screen and background checks.
Team player attitude.

Nice To Haves

Manufacturing experience (preferred).
A broad knowledge of machining techniques and familiarity with computer numerically controlled machine tool operating procedures (preferred).
Familiarity with and understanding of program formats involving combinations of operations such as profile and contour milling, boring, recessing, turning, drilling, threading, etc.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate machines in a safe manner per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
Set up and operate multiple pieces of equipment; a press brake for notching and forming, OBI press, tappers, resistance welder, operate forklift as needed, as well as perform preventative maintenance tasks when necessary
Verify all operations have been inspected and completed before moving completed parts to next work cell.
Organize maintain all the machines as instructed by the preventative maintenance documentation.
