Requirements

  • Must be able to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
  • Must be able to occasionally climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 45 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
  • Must wear company provided hearing protection on the shop floor at all times.
  • Must wear company approved safety glasses on the shop floor at all times.
  • Must wear company provided bump cap on the shop floor.
  • Must wear company approved steel toe/safety shoes on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

  • Run all Lining and finishing machines, including the Cells by following all required SOPs, Work Instructions (WI) and Forms.
  • Complete all daily paperwork as required per procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Perform quality checks to ensure that components meet all specifications.
  • Ensure all gaylords have the proper labels and inspection forms.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform all activities safely and conduct any required safety checks on equipment.
  • Promote plant goals such as Safety/Housekeeping, Quality, GMP, ISO and 5S.
