About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator for the Molding Department of a manufacturing facility in Bossier City, LA. This position is responsible for operating molding equipment, cleaning and finishing molded parts, and ensuring products meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and committed to producing quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are required.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to safely operate production machinery and use basic hand tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable attendance and strong work ethic are required.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive, physically demanding work throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

Experience inspecting finished products for quality is preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and monitor molding equipment according to production specifications.
Remove, clean, trim, and finish molded parts as required.
Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and production requirements.
Perform minor machine adjustments and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
Load raw materials and unload finished products safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate production records and complete required documentation.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace policies.
Assist with general production duties as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
