Requirements

Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment is preferred.
Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and safety requirements with attention to detail.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and meeting production targets.
Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
Dependable attendance and punctuality for the PM shift.

Responsibilities

Operate assigned machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production output to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to keep equipment running effectively.
Record production data, completed work, and any equipment issues accurately.
Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational policies at all times.
Communicate with team members and supervisors to support production goals and resolve issues quickly.
Assist with setup, cleanup, and changeover activities as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve workflow, reduce waste, and maintain a clean work area.
