About The Position

Race Winning Brands (RWB) is the leading manufacturer of racing and high-performance parts sold to automotive and powersports markets. RWB is the preferred source for high-end pistons, engine blocks, cylinder heads, intake manifolds, connecting rods, crankshafts, clutches, transmissions, springs and other engine and driveline- related performance components. We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the set-up, operation, and maintenance of Swiss screw machines to produce high-quality precision parts.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

Experience in operating a variety of hand tools, micrometers, and other measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

Machine Technician (CNC Operator), responsible for the production, setup, adjustment, and operation of machines.
Set up and operate machines to produce parts in accordance with specifications.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure proper production of parts.
Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning and oiling machines.
Conduct quality control checks to ensure accurate and precise dimensions of finished parts.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
