Requirements

Several years of Machine Operator experience in an Industrial or Manufacturing setting
Good verbal and written communications skills.
Attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
Able to properly use and read a tape measure and micrometers
Good with Computers and Technology
Excellent Attendance
Effective Team Player
Willingness to learn and complete our training program successfully

Responsibilities

Operate various flexible packaging manufacturing machines (Laminator, Slitter).
Perform machine adjustments as necessary.
Maintain department cleanliness.
Follow all machine safety guidelines.
Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
Follow all job and work instructions.
Work in a manufacturing environment.
Lift and ensure proper handling of items up to 50 lbs.
Must have the physical dexterity to bend, stand, flex, and reach as the position dictates.
