About The Position

The Machine Operator prepares and operates production equipment, supports daily production runs, and helps maintain product quality, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing setting. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks. Work takes place indoors in a production facility, with exposure to loud noise, dust, and chemical fumes. Employees must wear required personal protective equipment and comply with company safety and operational policies. This is a safety-sensitive position subject to drug and alcohol testing, including random testing. The stated starting rate is $23.10, with the possibility of a higher starting rate based on relevant experience and qualifications. The listed pay range is $17.28–$25.91. Full-time team members are offered competitive compensation and benefits. Duties may change, and additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting.
Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform repetitive motions frequently throughout the shift.
Fine motor skills and visual acuity to inspect components and operate machinery.
Ability to operate a computer, mouse, and basic input devices.
Ability to respond to visual and auditory machine indicators.
Wear required PPE, including safety glasses, masks, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
Comply with company safety and operational policies.
Undergo drug and alcohol testing, including random testing, as a safety-sensitive role.

Responsibilities

Load production files and prepare machines for operation according to instructions.
Assist in setting up and adjusting equipment for daily production runs.
Monitor machine performance and report issues or irregularities to supervisors.
Perform basic visual inspections to ensure product quality and consistency.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.
Replenish materials and consumables needed for machine operation.
Collaborate with other operators and team members to meet production targets.
Follow safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment.
Document basic production data and support continuous improvement efforts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
