About The Position

This is a Full-Time Machine Operator position in the New Holland, PA facility, operating on the second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 pm to 1:00 am. Training will be conducted on the first shift (6:00 am to 2:30 pm). The pay starts at $18 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour shift differential, totaling $20.50 per hour including the shift premium. Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods up to 8-10 hours per shift
Lifting of up to 50 lbs. periodically
Possess basic math skills
Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
Basic English language skills

Responsibilities

Set up and operate production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Adjust machine setting to complete tasks according to specifications in a timely manner
Complete required logs and tracking cards
Ensuring that machine is maintained for highest level of productivity
Performing in-process inspection on components being produced
Read and interpret basic blueprints and diagrams
Consulting lead person for assistance if uncertain how to proceed
Ensuring proper housekeeping and safety of designated production area
