About The Position

A Machine Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of machines that are used for the manufacture of finished goods. The machines operate at rates ranging from 100 units per minute to 250+ units per minute. The work environment is very fast paced and requires a high degree of attentiveness and the ability to react quickly to work place variables. In addition to operating machines, operators will have duties and responsibilities as outlined below. This position is also eligible for bonus based on performance and subject to the terms of the Company’s applicable plans. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
