Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Reside near Waxahachie, TX.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience (required).
  • At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
  • Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
  • Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word; SAP preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Load and unload raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials using forklifts.
  • Lead daily Shipping and Receiving operations, ensuring all activities are executed according to established procedures and priorities.
  • Verify received and shipped quantities by comparing physical inventory against work orders and documentation.
  • Identify, report, and properly document damaged or missing materials while maintaining lot traceability.
  • Ensure all materials are correctly labeled with appropriate item and lot numbers.
  • Maintain accurate control and proper safeguarding of all documentation generated during the Shipping and Receiving process.
  • Allocate and organize storage space based on material type and size.
  • Maintain accurate inventories of finished goods, raw materials, and packaging, both physically and in the system (SAP preferred).
  • Deliver Bills of Lading (BOLs) to customers and management as required.
  • Serve as the responsible contact for internal Safety audits, ISO 9001:2015 audits, and customer audits related to warehouse operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and warehouse procedures.
  • Act as the direct responsible party for forklifts assigned to the Shipping and Receiving process, ensuring proper use and care.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as required.
