About The Position
Machine Operator (3rd Shift opening) – Entry-Level or Experienced Charlton, MA | $23.00 – $26.45 per hour (based on experience) incldues a 15% differential for 3rd shift schedule 3rd Shift Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7:30am Must be able to train on 1st shift for 4-6 weeks. We’re hiring Machine Operators to join our team. Stable Work History Required. This role is open to both entry-level candidates who want to learn and experienced operators looking for a steady, full-time schedule. We’re looking for reliable team members who take pride in consistent attendance, attention to detail, and producing quality work. Before You Apply This position requires a consistent 3rd shift schedule (11:00 PM–7:30 AM). Please apply only if you: Can meet the 3rd Shift requirement on an ongoing basis. You can train on 1st shift Have a consistent work history (limited short-term positions) Can provide a current work history to include your current/most recent employer and dates of employment Are able to commit to a full-time schedule Applications missing this information may not be considered. Requirements
- Stable Work History
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operation experience
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- English reading, writing and speaking skills
- Reliable transportation to work set schedule
- Must be 18+ and able to pass a background check and drug test
