Where: 920 Lake Road, Medina. Please come to the visitor's entrance near the flagpole. Onsite Interviews! Meet the team, tour the facility, and get hired faster. Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1+ year manufacturing experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, motivated, and able to follow instructions
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical aptitude
• Experience reading routers/BOMs/work instructions
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical and automated manufacturing equipment
• Perform safe, efficient machine setup and operation
• Complete quality checks and document production
• Monitor equipment and report issues
• Keep machines clean and perform basic preventive maintenance
• Work independently and as part of a team
