Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Quick learners who enjoy working with their hands.
• Strong teamwork skills and excellent attendance.
• Ability to follow safety instructions and maintain high standards.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Capable of standing for a full shift.
• Background in manufacturing or industrial production, assembly, machining, set-up, or the metals industry.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate a wire draw machine to create finished products.
• Package steel coils to meet customer specifications.
• Transport coils for storage using a forklift.
• Run industrial banding/steel packaging machines.
• Operate forklifts.
