About The Position
Royal Switchgear (a MacLean Power Systems Company) is looking for someone who loves machines, precision, and getting things done right the first time. If you enjoy hands-on work and keeping production running strong-this is your lane. Openings available for 2nd Shift (Sunday-Wednesday 7:00pm-5:30am, Thursday 7:00pm-3:30am).
Requirements
- 1+ year of machine operator experience
- Blueprint-reading skills (you know your way around specs)
- Detail-oriented mindset-accuracy matters
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities

- Monitor production and keep quality on point
- Read blueprints and dial in settings for perfect results
