About The Position

All America Threaded Products has several opportunities available for a Machine Operator. The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00 per hour + Bonus Incentives ($200-$500 per month) and is eligible for a full benefits package, including health, dental, life, and 401k. The workweek for this position is Full-Time working 4, 10-hour days, Monday – Thursday from 6:00am – 4:30pm. This position will work on-site at our facility in Lancaster, PA. Mechanically inclined individuals willing to learn how to run machinery will be considered for this opportunity. All America Threaded Products is a leading manufacturer of threaded products, and due to continued growth, they are currently seeking new machine operators. Their Production Assistants work with a variety of heavy manufacturing equipment producing threaded rod and U-bolts. The company, formed in June of 2010 by combining five acquisitions, manufactures and distributes a wide variety of threaded products including threaded rod, studs, anchor bolts, U-bolts and specials. AATP has custom product manufacturing capabilities to meet specific needs for various applications in numerous industries, offering a large in-stock inventory of materials and finishes, and services such as cutting, finishing, plating, drawing, bending, welding, packaging, custom packaging, flexible stocking options, and fast and convenient shipping.

Requirements

Willingness to learn how to run machinery
Good mechanical aptitude
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
Proficient using gauges, tape measures, and other basic hand tools.
Familiarity with and willingness to adhere to warehouse and manufacturing safety standards.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and interact in a physically demanding position.
Willingness to spend most of the day on your feet.
Good attitude
