About The Position

Work Half the Week & Get Paid for 40 Hours. Looking for a schedule that gives you more time off without losing pay? Under new management, we’re growing our team and offering a unique schedule: 3.5 days on, 3.5 days off (12 hr shifts) — meaning you work half the week but still get your full 40 hours. We currently have both day shift and night shift available. Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and meet production standards
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, bend, and work on a platform
• Comfortable working in high-temperature manufacturing environments
• Willingness to work as part of a team-focused production crew

Responsibilities

• Operate molding machines to produce container lids
• Set up molds and maintain proper temperature, cycle times, air, and water flow
• Measure and distribute materials into molds
• Remove finished parts and inspect for quality
• Label finished products and keep work areas clean and organized
• Inspect molds and rotate tasks with team members when needed
• Follow all safety procedures
