About The Position

Under supervision machine operators will ensure the safe, efficient operation of various production and sterilization equipment to meet quality and output standards. Work with a team to maintain high product quality. Our Machine Operators are starting at $16.00/hour. Additionally, this position is eligible for shift differential based on hours worked.

Requirements

  • Must be able to operate, monitor, and set up various production equipment safely.
  • Must be able to perform minor maintenance and repairs.
  • Must be able to address equipment issues and involve maintenance when necessary.
  • Must be able to verify correct inserts, labels, and pouches for each lot.
  • Must be able to check product output for quality and accuracy.
  • Must be able to adjust processes to maintain high quality.
  • Must be able to document machine attributes and parameters on required forms and logs.
  • Must be able to weigh products before packaging.
  • Must be able to operate equipment to process and package materials.
  • Must be able to load and transport finished products.
  • Must be able to seal and verify packaging integrity.
  • Must be able to fill out requisition forms for shortages and scrap components.
  • Must be able to complete scrap reports.
  • Must be able to assist in maintaining proper line clearance.
  • Must be able to perform backup duties and other projects as assigned.
  • Must be able to maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Must be able to ensure orderly housekeeping.
  • Must be able to complete regular cleaning of equipment and production areas.
